Activity Hub

The Kaleidoscope Activity Hub Is a central place created to encourage enjoyable and interactive activities, promote friendships and provide a supportive space for individuals with disabilities. We aim to create an inclusive and welcoming environment specifically tailored for adults aged 18 and above who have an NDIS plan and funding allocated for group activities.

The Activity Hub requires participants to pay an out of pocket fee of $5 per day to cover program related costs. Any additional expenses associated with certain activities will be clearly communicated in advance on our monthly calendar. Recognising the importance of offering a diverse range of activities, we understand that individuals have varying preferences.

Our programs are carefully customised to ensure participants have a sense of choice and control with their ideas actively incorporated into all our offerings. We will provide a 'My Choices Box' for participants in our hub to share activity and recipe ideas as an evolving experience our programmes subject to adaptation based on participant input and feedback

Activity Hub will operate Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 3.00pm

Youth Hub

We are pleased to offer activities tailored for youth aged 0-17, available Monday to Friday. Our program provides after school support for NDIS funded participants in a group setting from 3:15pm onwards. An out-of-pocket fee is required for each session, inclusive of dinner provided daily.

Our activities encompass a wide range, including but not limited to arts and crafts, cooking, community activities.

We highly value your suggestions and input regarding activities and programs, as fostering participant social interaction remains our foremost priority.
